International Students
To be admitted to Advent Links-SAUC, the following process is followed:
Step 1: Application for Entry into desired programs/courses

- Check and ensure that you have met the admission requirements for the course that you are applying. Click here to view the list of courses we are offering

Step 2: Download and fill in the Course Application Forms
Step 3: Supporting documents and fee for the enrolling course:
- Completed Application Form is to be submitted with the following documents and fee upon submission:
- Signed and completed Student’ Pass Application Checklist
- Certified true copies of your educational certificates and transcripts. If documents are not in English, official translations as well as copies in the original language are required. The Applicant’s valid Passport (scanned copy)
i. For Applicant (Age: 18 and above):

- Copy of Birth Certificate Notarised true copies of both the original and English translation – Birth Certificate Number must be indicated)
ii For Applicant (Age: below 18):

- Copy of Applicant’s Birth Certificate (Notarised true copies of both the original and English translation – Birth Certificate Number must be indicated)
- Copy of Applicant’s Parents’ Birth Certificate (Notarised true copies of both the original and English translation – Birth Certificate Number must be indicated)
- Copy of Applicant’s Parent Married Certificate (Notarised true copies of both the original and English translation)
c. Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of a bank statement/fixed deposit accounts/saving accounts (for visa-required
countries) – Minimum thirty thousand Singapore Dollars (SGD30,000)
d. Applicant and/or parents’ letter of employment and salary records with English translation (for visa-required countries) – Monthly
salary, designation and date of employment must be indicated.
e. Two (5) recent passport size photographs or scanned copy in JPEG format (File Size: 400 x 514 pixels)
f. A non-refundable application fee of SGD300
Mode of payment: payable by Cheque, Cash or Bank-Transfer:
* Cheque and Cash payments will have to be submitted in person at our Enrolment Office (All cheque is to be made in Singapore
dollars and payable Advent Links-SAUC Education Centre Pte Ltd):

Step 4: Submit the Course Application
- The completed application form with all supporting documents can be submitted by the following methods:
* Email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (including the screenshot of fund transfer for the non-refundable application fee). Verification and sighting of the original certificates and transcripts are required after the confirmation of admission to the course.
* In-person and brings the original certificates and transcripts for verification and sighting of the academic documents.
2. The full application documents should reach us at least 2 months before the commencement of the course. This is to ensure that there is sufficient time to process the Student’s Pass application for International Student to report to Singapore in time to attend the course.
3. To avoid any delays, please ensure that you have signed and completed all sections of the Application Form before submission.
Step 5: Acceptance of Application
1. Upon receiving your application, we will get back to you on the application status within 7 working days. Once your application is confirmed, you will receive the following for your acceptance to proceed with Student’s Pass application with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) – click here to ICA website:

- A Letter of Offer for your acknowledgement of acceptance to the course offered (The Applicant with age below 18 required the parent’s/guardian’s signature on the document as the acknowledgement of the acceptance for the course offered).
- Advisory Note to Students for your acknowledgement of acceptance to the course offered (The Applicant with age below 18 required the parent’s/guardian’s signature on the document as the acknowledgement of the acceptance for the course offered).
- Standard PEI-Student Contract for your REFERENCE on the course offered (This contract will only be signed by you and your parent/guardian if you are below 18-year old, after obtaining the Student’s Pass In-Principles of Approval (IPA) from ICA).

2. Email the above signed and completed documents (Letter of Offer (with the acknowledge for acceptance) and the Advisory Note to Student) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for us to process with the application of your Student’s Pass.
Step 6: Application of Student’s Pass
- Upon receiving your acceptance and relevant documents, we will proceed to submit the Student’s Pass application within 7 working days.
- ICA processing will take about 2 to 6 weeks
- Upon approval of the Student’s Pass, you will have to email the signed Standard PEI-Student Contract to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for us to arrange the face-to-face pre-course counselling and orientation in Singapore.
